Do I need to create an account to shop?
Although you do not have to create an account to shop in Vitaganic, there are some great benefits to setting up an account: after simply logging in all your information is stored and ready to go any time you shop. If you register you will also receive our email newsletter, promotional codes, coupons, and other beneficial notifications that you would otherwise miss out on. You would also be missing out on the opportunity to accumulate shopping credits at Vitaganic and take advantage of extra exclusive benefits.
How do I change my contact and/or payment information?
All of your personal information - including your contact and payment information, outstanding orders and shipping history - is stored in the My Account section of the website. Visit My Account to view or change any of your personal information or your account settings.
Can I change my login email address an/or password?
You may wish to change your account information if you have moved or if any of the other information we have - including payment methods - has changed.
To view and make changes to your account, follow these simple steps:
- 1. Sign in.
- 2. From the My Account page, click on User Info.
- 3. Enter your new email address and/or password in the fields provided.
- 4. Update your account by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password or it doesn't work?

3. Below the fields for your email address there are some check boxes. Uncheck them all if you do not want to receive any emails unless they concern an order you have made.
