What are your shipping options?

At this time we offer free shipping within the continental US via FedEx Ground services (5-7 business days). Other shipping options include: FedEx Express Saver (3 business days) costing $12 or more depending on the weight of the package, FedEx 2 Day (2 business days) costing $20 or more depending on the weight of the package, and FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day) $40 or more depending on the weight of the package. Currently, all international orders are shipped via USPS (6-10 business days) costing $33 or more depending on the receiving countries customs charges and the weight of the package. If you currently have an account with a shipping company or you would like to ship elsewhere, you are of course free to arrange this at your own expense. Just contact customer services and we will get in touch with you when your order is ready for delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to any destination in the US for free and almost every country world wide at an affordable price. Please go to our International Page to see if your shipping destination is included on our list. If it's not just contact customer service at info@vitaganic.com or 1-866-585-1390 to have it added to the list. At this time we are unable to ship to any countries with whom the US has trade sanctions currently in place. International orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered, but it is important to note that the length of time for any international delivery can vary from country to country. Upon the completion of production, we will ship all international orders promptly. Please take note that most countries regulate imports, and we are not responsible for declaring customs or paying import duties that may be associated with your order.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All purchases are shipped with standard shipping within the United States for free. Standard shipping with our current provider (FedEx Ground) takes 5-7 business days. Our other shipping options include FedEx Express Saver (3 business days), FedEx 2 Day (2 business days), and FedEx overnight (1 business day). International orders can take up to 6-10 business days to arrive depending on the country. Please note that we only ship after production is complete, and it can take a day or two to manufacture your customized order.
